We develop and support of brand(s) which help engineers to market
themselves to future employers as competent and ethical professionals,
help enable them to transfer their skills internationally and help their
businesses to attract business clients.

Support
We offer services that help members to develop their careers. We help
members maximise their career opportunities by providing services that
enable them to improve or at least maintain their "human asset"
value, and facilitate their access to the competency brands.

Brokerage
We offer services to help employers and engineers seek each
other out efficiently and effectively.
- Engineering
Practice Support
These services help members to develop and apply best practice
in engineering. We develop leading-edge codes of practice and promulgate
them amongst the membership, so that IPENZ members are regarded as the
preferred practitioners amongst purchasers of engineering services because
of their reputation for effective and innovative engineering solutions.
- Profile and
Standing of the Profession
Some of our activities serve to raise the standing and recognition
of engineers in the community. We lead initiatives on behalf of the
profession which will provide benefits to the community and inspire
trust in the profession - initiatives where engineers bring their collective
wisdom to bear in a disinterested way for the benefit of others.
